Our firm handles commercial litigation, trials and appeals, in all courts It maintains a concentration in utility/ telecommunications costs auditor and consultant contract issues; employment law issues; architects and engineering law issues; condominium, commercial leases and other real estate issues; probate litigation; arbitration and mediation.
Our firm serves as general counsel to a wide variety of professional and business firms that choose not to employ in-house counsel on staff. To fulfill this role it draws upon the knowledge and experiences gained in over forty - seven years of practice. Our firm also maintains a strategic affiliation with several full-service general practice firm located in the Grand Central Area of New York City, whose resources may be marshalled to meet the needs of our clients.
Our alternate dispute resolution (ADR) services cover mediation, conciliation, neutral evaluaton and arbitration of a broad spectrum of matters, with particular concentration in commercial issues and employment discrimination. We are trained in both facilitative and evaluative styles and bring both patience and perseverence to the mediation table.
